Welcome to one of our most important pages… 

Married couple Chris Anderton and Teresa Harper have raised thousands of pounds for charities over the years and decided that they wanted to raise funds for children and organise trips away and days out for familes. Chris Anderton who runs our theatre company Stagedoor Productions Bolton, raises money together with Teresa Harper who runs Bolton Dance and Performing Arts College.

Stagedoor Theatre Productions works hard to raise funds through our amazing shows and generous donations from our wonderful audiences to be able to give help and days out to local children who are having a hard time or have suffered trauma or illness. Of course we would love to help every child but we know this is not possible, but all of us at Stagedoor Productions hope that our hard work and fund raising will continue to grow and more and more families will be able to be offered places our trips and days out. 

Everyone who supports our shows knows how much our charity work means to us. It’s something we pride ourselves on!

We work hard so we are able to help others 2023 saw us raising an amazing total for local charities. Bolton Hospice was our focused charity for 2023 due to amazing care and support they gave Lauren and her family when she lost her fight again cancer earlier this year. Lauren is missed by every one of us and will always be apart of Stagedoor forever.
